New York, NY USA - Hansen Technologies is pleased to announce the successful go-live of its BannerCX version 5 with the City of Columbus Department of Public Utilities.
The City of Columbus is a municipal utility which provides water, sewer, and electric service to approximately 1.2 million people in the greater Columbus, Ohio area, including Ohio State University. The City of Columbus serves over 300,000 water meters and 15,000 electric meters.
Since going live on Hansen’s BannerCX version 5, the City of Columbus has reported outstanding satisfaction with the implementation of this latest version.
“BannerCX version 5 has enabled the Department of Public Utilities to provide an improved level of customer service for our account holders,” said Cyndi Estep, Utilities Services at City of Columbus. “The upgrade process was seamless, and it is now easier than ever for representatives in the call center to quickly access account information in a simple to read format.”
“With BannerCX version 5, we have delivered on our commitment to enhancing the functionality and performance of this long-standing, market proven platform” said John Baksa, Hansen Technologies President, Americas.
