Hansen Included in Latest 2023 Gartner® Market Guide for CSP Customer Management and Experience Solutions Report

May 2nd, 2023 – Hansen (ASX:HSN) today announced that it has been included in the 2023 Gartner Market Guide for CSP Customer Management and Experience Solutions report.

According to Gartner, “the suppliers were named based on product portfolio, geographic spread and progress in the last year.”

In this report, Gartner defines customer management and experience solutions as “part of business support systems (BSS) solutions for CSPs, and as commercial off-the-shelf software solutions that address CSPs’ all customer-facing operational requirements. This includes managing customer channels, customer information, incidents, products, pricing, quotes and offers, order and partner management.”
