TORONTO, Canada – (Jan 11, 2017) – Sigma Systems, the fastest path to creating, selling and delivering digital products and services, has named Robert Levine as its Chief Financial Officer effective January 9, 2017.
Mr. Levine has more than 18 years of experience in private equity and investment banking including working with telecom, internet infrastructure and media companies on strategic financial, M&A, and capital raising transactions. Most recently, Robert was the CFO of CentriLogic where he had financial, strategic and operational responsibilities that extended across Canada, the U.S., the U.K. and Asia. CentriLogic is a global provider of managed hosting, cloud computing, and advanced IT outsourcing solutions. Robert was a key partner to the leadership team in achieving success by growing the business both organically and through acquisitions and delivering long term sustainable financial results.
Prior to joining Centrilogic, Robert was at BMO Capital Markets where he was a leading advisor to communications and internet infrastructure companies on strategic financial, M&A and capital raising transactions. Additionally, he spent more than four years in BMO’s U.S. M&A group based in Chicago, and prior to that was part of BMO’s private equity investing team. He holds an MBA from Western Ivey School of Business and has a strong track record in driving and delivering on results.
