July 6th, 2021 – Hansen Technologies is pleased to announce the appointment of John Ford as Regional Partner Manager for the Americas, as it looks to forge new partnerships with key players in the communications, utilities and energy industries.
With over twenty years of experience, John brings a background of driving commercial growth for software businesses encompassing Asset and Work Management, Mobile Working, Industry Process Management and Energy Trading solutions. He also has experience working with Distribution Systems Operators (DSOs), Retail and Power Trading organizations.
John has worked at Convergys, ADC, Motorola, Nokia and Telcordia. At Telcordia, he oversaw the development of a partnership with Accenture, including the joint development of Operational Support Systems (OSS) market solutions, and the extension of Telcordia’s service delivery capabilities. He has also operated his own go-to-market firm, serving a variety of clients in communications software, smart-grid solutions, agricultural technology and healthcare. Prior to joining Hansen, John worked for a start-up specializing in the delivery of Intelligent Process Automation services.
In his new role, John will collaborate with the Sales, Marketing, and Training & Development teams to help Hansen build a robust program in the Americas – expanding existing partnerships and securing new ones that will enable the company to grow its presence.
