DishHome Goes Live with Hansen Technologies Customer Care & Billing Solution

February 3, 2016 – Hansen Technologies Limited (ASX: HSN) announced today that DishHome has gone live with Hansen’s ICC Customer Care and Billing system. Hansen’s solution provides DishHome with the flexibility to quickly add new products and services, and offer multiple payment options to better serve their customers. DishHome was looking for a comprehensive solution that provided a 360-degree view of their customers across the diverse regions of Nepal. They needed a sophisticated, innovative billing system that delivered competitive advantages through flexible billing options including voucher management.
