Upgrade to Hansen’s modern customer information system improves community services and future-proofs the City of Regina’s core billing and customer care infrastructure

The City of Regina, located in the province of Saskatchewan, Canada, provides waste, water and sewer utilities for more than 250,000 residents. As part of a modernisation program, designed to improve services to its residents, the City sought a solution that would pave the way for a SaaS future, with a constant roadmap of new features and capabilities.

Hansen’s latest version of Hansen CIS, optimised for the Americas, provides the City with its Automated Deployment Methodology (ADM) and tooling. It has removed the City’s reliance on Oracle Forms and Reports and is enabling seamless delivery along with new capabilities such as mobile orders and enhanced operational controls through the Hansen Integration Framework.
