January 27, 2026 – Hansen Technologies (ASX:HSN), a publicly-listed global provider of software and services to the energy & utilities and telecommunications industries, is strengthening its management team in the DACH region: Ulrich Redmann will assume the role of Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) as of 1 March 2026, taking responsibility for Market and Commercial Operations in Germany.
In this role, Ulrich Redmann will assume overall responsibility for all customers of Hansen Technologies Germany, formerly powercloud.
Experienced leader with deep industry expertise
Ulrich Redmann brings more than 25 years of professional experience within the energy and utility industry. He is widely recognised as an expert in the commercial transformation of organisations within the energy and utilities sector. Over the course of his career, he has held senior leadership positions at companies including Vattenfall, Siemens, adesso, and the msg Group (m3 management consulting).
Most recently, Ulrich Redmann worked as an Executive Advisor, supporting energy providers and municipal utilities in Germany in the development and execution of sustainable growth and transformation strategies, as well as digital and commercial initiatives and projects.

In his new role, Ulrich Redmann will drive the further development of Hansen Technologies Germany’s commercial organisation and intensify cross‑functional collaboration within Hansen globally. The focus will be on a global portfolio approach that consistently supports customers across the entire value chain and fosters long‑term, partnership‑based relationships.
