Det er reservert overnatting på Lily Country Club fra 14. – 16. oktober. Du står fritt til å velge om du ønsker ankomst ettermiddag 14.oktober eller morgenen 15.oktober.

Du registrerer din overnatting via påmeldingsskjemaet for arrangementet. Det er ikke mulig å reservere rom direkte til hotellet.

Innsjekk og utsjekk: 
Innsjekk er mulig fra kl. 16:00. Utsjekk må skje senest kl. 11:00. Det er bagasjerom tilgjengelig både på ankomst -og avreisedag.

Avbestillingsregler

Ved avbestilling gjelder følgende vilkår:
1) fri avbestilling uten kostnad inntil 14 dager før konferansen. Eventuelle fakturerte kostnader vil bli refundert.
2) ved avbestilling mellom 14 og 7 dager før konferansen, vil 50% av kostnad faktureres. Eventuelle fakturerte kostnader refunderes med 50%.
3) ved avbestilling senere enn 7 dager før konferansen, vil konferansen faktureres i sin helhet.

Reise og parkering

Det finnes et par alternativer for å komme seg til Lily Country Club fra Oslo Sentrum eller Oslo Lufthavn. Det finnes også en stor parkeringsplass på hotellet ved behov, du betaler for parkeringen ved avreise.

Med tog fra Oslo Sentrum: 
Toget går fra Oslo S til Kløfta Stasjon. En togbillett koster fra 100,- NOK, turen tar omtrent 30 minutter. Fra Kløfta er det 1,5 km å gå til hotellet, ca 20 minutter.

Den samlede reisen tar ca 50 minutter totalt.

Med buss fra Oslo Lufthavn: 
Fra Oslo Lufthavn kan du ta buss 425 til Kløfta Stasjon, billetten koster fra 72,- NOK. Turen tar ca 20 minutter. Deretter er det 1,5km å gå til hotellet, ca 20 minutter.

Den samlede reisen tar ca 40 minutter totalt.

15.oktober kommer det til å bli satt opp 2 busser fra Oslo Lufthavn til Lily Country Club.

Den første bussen har planlagt avreise kl. 08:00 og buss nummer 2 har planlagt avreise 08:30. Det kna bli noen justeringer på tider når vi ser hvor mange som ønsker å benytte seg av buss og hvilke fly de kommer med. Meld fra i registreringen om du ønsker å benytte deg av busstilbudet.

Det blir satt opp 1 buss med avreise fra Lily Country Club til Oslo Lufthavn direkte etter konferansen er ferdig.

Med taxi: Det er veldig enkelt med taxi fra Oslo Lufthavn. Ved taxiholdplassen kan du skrive inn hvilken adresse du skal til og du vil deretter få opp flere taxi-valg. Prisen er mellom 300,- – 450,- NOK. Tilbake til flyplassen er det mulig å bestille taxi i hotellets resepsjon, eventuelt bruke bildelingstjenesten Bolt eller Uber.

Med egen bil og parkering:
Hvis du ankommer med egen bil, er det parkeringsplass rett utenfor hotellet som driftes av OnePark. Parkering betales på automat ved avreise.
