Hotel Accommodation
Accommodation has been tentatively reserved at Clarion Hotel Helsinki Airport over the period of January 22-24. If you wish for us to confirm the reservation on your behalf, please indicate your interest in accommodation arrangements when registering for the event.
Room rates for participants of the Hansen Connect Live event:
- Standard single room – 146 € per night (including breakfast)
- Standard twin room – 166 € per night (including breakfast)

You get to confirm your accommodation through this link. You can cancel your accommodation free of charge 3 days before the event latest by contacting the hotel directly, otherwise the room will be invoiced full of charge.

Travel & Parking
The hotel is located directly across from Helsinki-Vantaa Airport, allowing easy access to the terminal and train station through an indoor walkway. Below you will find guidance on how to travel from Helsinki City Center to Helsinki Airport and the Clarion Hotel Helsinki Airport.
By train: From Helsinki Central Railway Station, you can take the I or P train, which are loop trains that run every 10 to 15 minutes. The journey takes about 30 minutes and costs €4.40 for a single ticket or €12.00 a day pass for unlimited travel on public transport. Public transport timetables and tickets you can buy in advance from the HSL website, downloading the HLS app or from the train station ticket vending machine.
When arriving at the airport look for either Hansen or Clarion Hotel Helsinki Airport signs.
By bus: The bus #600 from Helsinki Central Railway Station operates to Helsinki-Vantaa Airport approximately every 10 minutes. The journey takes 50 minutes and costs the same as the train.
Public transport timetables and tickets you can buy in advance from the HSL website, downloading the HLS app or from the train station ticket vending machine.
When arriving at the airport look for either Hansen or Clarion Hotel Helsinki Airport signs.
By taxi: If arriving by taxi, just ask the driver to take you to Clarion Hotel Helsinki Airport.
By own car & Parking: When arriving by your own car, there are three parking garages P1, P2 and P3 where you also find charging stations for electric vehicles.
