MC2 and Soltage, LLC announced on November 13, 2019, a long-term agreement for Community Solar subscription services.
Soltage has awarded MC2 a 20-year exclusive agreement to be Soltage’s Subscription Manager for all Illinois Community Solar projects. Soltage chose MC2 based on a combination of its ethics and execution. MC2’s dedication to the clean energy industry, unblemished 5-star customer satisfaction rating, and leadership in community choice aggregation programs makes them an ideal Community Solar partner.
MC2 has been a valued long-term customer using Hansen Technologies software and full BPO service for Billing and Customer Care. Careful coordination of new products using Hansen’s complex billing capabilities and precise messaging developed in coordination with Hansen’s CARE team have enabled MC2 to focus on the effective execution and management of community choice aggregation opportunities as well as prepare for launching Community Solar in the near future.
